PRIVATE VOICE LESSONS

Voice lessons are offered at 30 minute, 45 minute, or 60 minute periods, and is offered at any level: beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Lessons consist of vocal warm ups targeted at tone correction, sightreading exercises, and building a repertoire of songs that reflect the student’s musical tastes. Lessons cost $30 for 30 minutes, $45 for 45, or $60 for an hour.

Guitar & bass lessons are offered at 30 minute, 45 minute, or 60 minute periods, and are offered at any level: beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Lessons consist of technique enhancement and theory work, while developing a repetoire of songs that reflects the student's musical tastes. Lessons cost $30 for 30 minutes, $45 for 45, or $60 for an hour.

GROUP GUITAR CLASS
Adult beginners are welcome to an hour long small group guitar class on Tuesday nights, from 7:00 - 8:00pm, $15 per-session. Group guitar is a great way to get started learning the instrument, and to explore if you are ready to start taking individual lessons. Working in a class setting ensures that you learn to play music with others, making guitar even more fun. The class starts by teaching simple melodies that anyone can learn quickly. Then you will be shown a few easy chords that go along with the melodies you have already learned. By putting these elements together, you you are able to play music in a group. By the end of the first lesson you will be playing in your first band!

PRIVATE FLUTE LESSONS

Flute lessons are available at 30 minute periods, and is offered at the beginner level only. Lessons focus on fingerings, introductory playing techniques, and theory. Lessons cost $30 for 30 minutes.

SHOW CHOIR

Tuesdays, 5-6pm Ages: 7-12 Instructor: Becky Hamel
In this hour long class, students will be introduced to all the greatest songs from classic Broadway productions. The class is for singers/actors of all ability levels, previous voice lessons experience is not necessary. Instructor Becky Hamel will start the class with warm-ups and basic vocal techniques relevant to singing and belting in a Broadway style, as well as a few acting exercises to encourage expression and artistry. Then class time will be spent learning show tunes as an ensemble, adding basic acting techniques and choreography, and putting together a simple scene. A wide variety of musical theatre repeptoire will be covered, plus a little bit of history and background on the shows. $15 per class, per student. Buy a class package of 5 for $75, or save if you buy a package of 10 for $150 and receive one free class. No drop ins, since we will build upon previous material and scenes will be built around class members.
